How It Works
Flexible modelA structured model students can enter, use, and continue only when it makes sense.
Gradual is not a compulsory linear programme. It is a flexible education-technology model built around three separate but connected offerings: Core, Pathways, and the optional Gradual Intensive Experience.
The operating model
Start broad. Choose direction. Prove progress.
Gradual Core
An affordable, fully online, self-paced foundation product covering communication, digital skills, critical thinking, problem solving, professional behaviour, and sustainability.
Fully online and self-paced
Choose one specialised pathway
Students who want deeper preparation choose one direction: Career, Entrepreneurship, or Research. They are not required to complete more than one pathway.
Career / Entrepreneurship / Research
Pathway modules + Skill-Wall challenges
Pathways combine online courses, structured modules, practical Skill-Wall challenges, assessment records, and evidence of student work.
Apply learning and measure readiness
Field exposure + final applied project
Most pathway learning is online to reduce unnecessary logistics costs, but structured field exposure and final applied project activities require physical participation to preserve practical quality.
Mostly online, with selected in-person components
Gradual-issued transcript or certificate
Upon successful pathway completion, students receive Gradual-issued recognition connected to pathway work, Skill-Wall challenges, field exposure, and final applied project activities.
Pathway level, not Core level
Gradual Intensive Experience
Students who want further development after completing a pathway may join the optional fully in-person Intensive Experience, which may include advanced workshops, mentoring, networking, team projects, deeper exposure, and final presentations.
No. It is not required to receive the pathway transcript or certificate.
Delivery logic
Online where access matters. In person where quality requires it.
Fully online and self-paced
Accessible, affordable foundation learning students can complete on their own schedule.
Primarily online with selected in-person components
Reduces unnecessary transportation and logistics costs while preserving applied quality.
Physical participation required
Practical exposure needs real contexts, structured interaction, and serious applied work.
In-person activities required
The final project must demonstrate practical application, not only content completion.
Fully in person
Designed as a premium, high-touch experience focused on mentoring, networking, and deeper applied development.
Gradual is more than content delivery. The value is structured preparation, practical application, and evidence of ability.
Students do not only watch content. They apply learning through Skill-Wall challenges.
Students prepare according to one post-graduation direction: Career, Entrepreneurship, or Research.
The offerings are connected, but students are not required to complete the full journey.
Gradual-issued evidence is connected to pathway completion, applied work, and practical challenges.
