Gradual Pathways
Choose one specialised directionSpecialised preparation for the post-graduation direction a student chooses.
Gradual Pathways are specialised paid programmes for students who want deeper preparation through the Professional Career Path, Entrepreneurial Career Path, or Research Career Path. Each pathway is a distinct programme connected to a different post-graduation direction.
Students do not need to complete every pathway.
A pathway is not a generic training track. It is a focused graduate-readiness route. Students choose the direction that best matches what they are preparing for after university.
The three pathways share a common Gradual structure, but each develops different competencies, different evidence, and different applied outcomes.
Compare the pathways
Three routes. Three forms of verified graduate readiness.
Students preparing for employment, corporate life, workplace communication, professional behaviour, teamwork, leadership readiness, and employability.
Professional environments, workplace expectations, responsible participation, and career readiness.
An evidence-supported profile of professional competencies and workplace readiness.
Students preparing to develop business ideas, test feasibility, understand customers, build projects, and move toward responsible venture development.
Customer understanding, feasibility testing, project development, responsible innovation, and early venture thinking.
A practical evidence base for developing, testing, and presenting entrepreneurial work.
Students preparing for academic or applied research through research thinking, problem formulation, information evaluation, evidence-based analysis, and project design.
Research projects, academic inquiry, applied analysis, research integrity, and evidence-based work.
A structured evidence base for credible, responsible, and practical research capability.
The three directions
Each pathway answers a different post-graduation question.
How do I prepare for professional life?
The Professional Career Path supports students who want stronger preparation for employment, corporate life, workplace communication, ethical professionalism, teamwork, leadership readiness, and employability.
How do I test and develop a viable business idea?
The Entrepreneurial Career Path supports students who want to move from idea excitement into clearer customer understanding, feasibility testing, project development, responsible innovation, and venture readiness.
How do I build credible research capability?
The Research Career Path supports students who want to strengthen research thinking, problem formulation, information evaluation, evidence-based analysis, research integrity, and responsible project design.
Shared pathway structure
Different directions. One evidence-based preparation system.
Focused learning connected to the student’s chosen post-graduation direction.
Authentic applied tasks that help students demonstrate progress, judgement, and readiness.
Real-world exposure connected to the professional, entrepreneurial, or research context.
Physical participation where practical quality, collaboration, and applied work require it.
Evidence-based recognition upon successful pathway completion.
Primarily online does not mean passive.
Gradual Pathways are primarily online to reduce unnecessary transportation, scheduling, and logistics costs. This keeps the model more accessible, affordable, and scalable.
Structured field exposure and final applied project activities require physical participation. These elements remain in person because practical credibility, real interaction, and applied quality cannot be reduced to passive content consumption.
Recognition logic
Gradual-issued recognition is based on demonstrated competency, not passive attendance.
A Gradual-issued transcript or certificate is issued upon successful pathway completion. Recognition is connected to pathway learning, Skill-Wall competency challenges, structured field exposure, assessment, and final applied project work.
Gradual Core does not include transcript or certificate issuance. Gradual-issued recognition begins only at the pathway level.
